Marvellous March

Travellers know that March is an amazing time to be in Adelaide because there are so many fantastic events on.

The Adelaide Fringe Festival kicks off in February and continues into March. This year the Clipsal 500 car race is in early March - get your accommodation booked soon for that one! For music fans there's the WOMADelaide world music festival over the long weekend. Plus the Adelaide Festival of Arts is part of marvellous March too.

For sporty types, there's the Adelaide Cup horse racing carnival and a special inclusion for 2012 - the Australian Swimming Championships at the new SA Aquatic Centre at Marion. The greats of Australian swimming will be fighting for a spot on the Olympic team.
