Holiday Unit Refurbishment

Tenders are invited for the staged refurbishment of Adelaide Shores Resort's four groups of eight Holiday Units. The refurbishment will encompass painting, floor coverings, electrical, plumbing and fixtures and fittings.

Expressions of Interest

Adelaide Shores is seeking caravans in excellent condition that would be available for short-term hire from March 2010 onwards. To be considered, caravans must:

• be registered and insured
• be clean and well maintained (exterior and interior)
• sleep 2 people in either 2 singles or 1 double and 1 single with good quality mattresses
• have heating, cooling and blinds or curtains
• provide a fridge and cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
• include hoses, gas bottle and extension cord
• be lockable, with 2 sets of keys available
• be delivered prior to the event and be collected after the event, at nominated times.

A weekly fee will be payable to owners of caravans accepted for hire by Adelaide Shores. To register interest in hiring your caravan to Adelaide Shores, please download and complete this form.

Expressions of Interest have been extended until 5pm Friday 12 February 2010.

Adelaide Shores requires that respondents for any of its tenders register their interest with the Adelaide Shores contact person for the relevant tender as soon as possible after the tender is advertised. This is to ensure all respondents are kept up to date with any changes or additional information. Please refer to the tender documentation for further details.
