How to make a booking online

Checking availability

Firstly, go to the Online Bookings yellow box in the right-hand column of the page, near the top.

Enter your preferred arrival date by clicking on the small square icon next to the words "Arrival Date", using the arrows < > to move between months and then click on the date you plan to arrive.

Next, click on the arrow next to "No. of Nights" and choose the number of nights you wish to stay.

Now, click on the arrows and choose how many adults, children and infants will be travelling. Infants are aged less than 2 years. Children are defined as between 2 and 15 years of age. If you are not travelling with children or infants you don't need to complete those sections.

Once all these details are entered, click on the yellow button "Check Availability".

The system will launch a pop-up screen which will show you which accommodation is available at that time, the total cost of your stay and how much you will need to pay as a deposit. You will need a credit card to pay your deposit online.

If you don't want to book right then, either click on Close at the top right of the pop-up screen or press the Esc key on your keyboard.

Making the booking

To book, find the accommodation you want to book in the pop-up screen and click on Book Now (with the shopping cart icon).

Once you click Book Now, a new screen will appear that shows you what you are booking and the cost. At this point you can choose to buy extra things for your stay, like breakfast, and you must read and accept our Terms and Conditions.

Then you can click Begin Purchase.

Please enter your contact details into the next screen which appears and then click Continue.

Next, check your order one last time and then enter your credit card details. These details are handled securely by eWay and are not stored in our system.

If your booking and payment have been successful you will see a Thank you screen. Your booking is complete! You will receive an email confirming your booking and if you have a compatible mobile phone you will also receive an SMS confirming your booking.
